Large succulent pork shoulder joint, bone out and no skin - perfect for pulled pork. Rub with salt, brown sugar, smoked paprika and fennel seeds. Brown in hot oven (200 degrees C) for 40 mins, then slow roast at 140 degrees C for 4-5 hrs. Then tear apart with two forks. Voila!
